Hi, I just bought a Ford C-Max Hybrid from Gene latta Ford and was impressed and amazed by my experience. First of all you need to know that I have been buying imported vehicles and when I needed a new car I went two other dealerships first. Not completely satisfied with my choices so I decided to try Gene Latta Ford. I was met with a very different type of sales person in Ty Mummert. Ty Mummert is an excellent service provider. He listened to my needs and wants and made recommendations. His extensive product knowledge coupled with his warm, no pressure presentation helped me to select the car that was best for me. I knew he really cared about what vehicle would be best meet my needs and be within my budget. I test drove the C-Max and was amazed at the smooth ride, great maneuverability and pickup. The gas mileage was a big factor for me with the current gas prices. The safety ratings were also important to me as I drive precious cargo. What I liked better than the hybrid I drove elsewhere was the visibility and comfort of the seating. Oh, and American made (my dad is smiling). Ty made the whole process of my car appraisal, deal negotiation, financing, and delivery quick and efficient. I drove away with the car SYNCed and ready to go. Very impressed by Ty Mummert and amazed by the quality of my New Ford!

They treat you like family from their Management team to their Service Department. Rob Harrell, my sales person, worked with me on purchasing my new Shelby GT500 and went out of his way to find the vehicle and color I wanted. Also they have one of the best Mustang mechanics I've ever had the experience to work with. On my previous 2009 GT Cobra they added many upgrades and it made my driving experience that much better. You can't go wrong visiting Gene Latta Ford. They never pressure you and make every effort to get you the car you want. Making the customer number one is the way they treat you. I have an Issue with my Escape! I love it so much that I don't want to get out of it! I even leave early for work in the morning because I can't wait to get in it! Is there a cure for this?

"I recently went to Gene Latta to test drive a vehicle because I wanted to get the opinion of someone in the area. Though I eventually wound up buying the vehicle at a dealership closer to home, I've got to say that my experience at Gene Latta was hands down the best experience that I had while car shopping. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car. Instead the salesman helped me understand the features of the car and took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of buying used vs. new. I liked that he respected the fact that this was a big decision and that he respected the fact that I still wanted to test drive other makes of cars. So, as a whole, I'd recommend Gene Latta, and if you do decide to go, I'd recommend asking to work with Phil Slaugh. He was good at providing the information that I needed to make a decision without pressuring me to make a buy that day. The dealership has great perks too for service if you buy the vehicle there."

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about my excellent experience at Gene Latta. I've had mostly bad experiences buying cars and picked your dealership because I know about your christian values. It was a great decision. Phil was wonderful to work with he took extra time to demonstrate all the cool features my new truck has. We’re especially impressed with all the benefits your dealership offers (rentals during service/repairs and free state inspections for all vehicles registered to my address). My father is a Chevy man-(worked at Broening Highway Plant fresh from Vietnam and retired from several years back) and even he said he might have to trade in his Chevy Symbol for a new Ford. I feel like I was treated fairly and got a great deal. Thank you! I’m going to share my experience with all my friends and family.
